Street racing died when everyone started trailering their shitboxes to the race spot. If you cant drive your shit for more than one pass at a time keep your ass home or at the track. Street racing a high 3 second car on the street looks cool but is the epitome of irresponsible and stupid.

A PSI screw is miles apart from a diesel supercharger.. It's basically an industrial air compressor and moves massive volumes of air, is much more efficient than a standard roots. They spin those things crazy RPM with the pulley ratios and combined with the methanol cooling makes brutal power.

I think the come up on the blowers is peoples ability to put down power. Tires, prep, ecu calibrations. Being able to limit throttle opening for traction control means you can make that instant torque and still control it. Versus trying to pedal it and blowing the tires off or running a smaller blower/bottom pulley and making less power.
