Mitsubishi lancer IACV/Servo mystery How to test and How it works
In this video I will show you test points to check so that you will know which part of the iacv/servo circuit is malfunctioning. It's very critical that you conduct testing on various circuits so that you can rectify and solve issues of your idle precisely and effectively.
Don't just rely on hear say's, its important that you know what you're doing so that you prevent yourself spending to parts that is not really causing the culprit.
In this video I will show you how to make or build a servo tester circuit to effectively test the servo/IACV motor functionality and some test points to conduct to know if its the harness or the ECU is causing the issue. This three contributory factors the servo/iacv, ECU and harness must be tested first to effectively and precisely know what is causing the idle issue of your car.

I have toyota corolla 2010. can you please mention the default throttle plate opening at idle by manufacturer? unfortunately the mechanic has messed up with the L-key screw on throttle body. now throttle plate opening at idle is not at orignal position. Thanks in advance.

Ano po ang mdaling pqg check kung wala naman equipment tulad po ng demo nyo? Pwede po ba tanggalin na lang ung servo at ikabit lang sa socket at paandarin ang sasakyan, buksan ang ilaw, iikot ang manibela, qt buksan ang AC makikita ba yun duon? Salamat po.

Sir tanong lang po, nung linisan kong yung IACV na lancer ko, pag on nang aircon bagsak na yung idle, nung di kopa tinangal okay naman yung idle pag nag on ang Aircon. sana matogonan po, salamat and God Bless!

paps ask lng baka matulungn mo aq nkabili aq ng ued na cedia 2008 pinalinis nmin ng tatay q yung throthle body at cold air intake ngpalit ng spark plug den, pero afer nun pag aarankada na sya sa tuwing gagamtin sinisinok, pero nung binili nmin yun nung hinde pa nalinis maayos tumakbo.

meron kang circuit driver kuno, pero yung actual na pagpapagalaw mo sa IACV ay yung manual na pindutan, expand/retract action, so ano actual na gamit ng driver circuit mo? pakitang gilas??

Sir ano kaya problem ng unit ko pag nakabukas headlight mganda idle pero pag patay headlight, pag sisipa na ac bababa saglit rpm sa 7.5k parang natitisod pero aangat din agad 4g18 engine ko sir salamat po
