LANCOME Idole Nectar Review (2022) | Hit or Miss?

In my opinion is a good gourmand and floral parfum. I think it's a warm parfum but I don't smell musk in it. I can percibe vanilla and I don't know if it has jasmin is its notes, but I can smell sweet white flowers in it. I think it's a beautiful fragrance. Thank you for you review ,😘

It's so interesting how Fragrances change with/for us - when I first got this, the popcorn was prominent and I actually didn't enjoy 😞....fast forward to a month later, now I get all bourbon vanilla and rose which I'm loving! Wondering if it's my skin chemistry, the weather or maceration? 🤔😂❤️

I like Idole Aura but not the original and this one doesn’t sound like it would be for me. You are very right about sol de Janeiro you get that popcorn note right away but it’s also got some beautiful sweet scents . I love it! And it has good lasting power for a body spray

Thank you for the review, I do love the original, but have not been drawn to any of the flankers. Another excellent popcorn caramel is Shay and Blue Salt Caramel. ❤️

I was so happy to find your review of this - I’ve heard so many people talk about idol nectar and I’ve read so many reviews. my experience with it has been so different that I wondered if I had a different flanker or a fake carded sample! So screechy that’s it’s like a headache in a bottle. No caramel or popcorn for me here….. it almost smells like sharp orange blossom to me rather than rose for some odd reason. Thanks for suggesting the musk as the culprit because I just couldn’t understand why I can’t bear it. I had to bury the card I sprayed it on at the bottom of my bin because every whiff split my head in two 😅

Lol! Sorry to hear it didn't work out. Musk...it seems to be the culprit for many newer women's perfumes nowadays, on me anyway. :D

I love this perfume but in my skin it happens the same as your skin, the base is so musky, although I tolerate it. Unfortunally in me this perfume has 2 hours of high halo and then stays in my skin so soft 🥺 I wish it last longer
