@@lancsvermincontrol yes sir they certainly do, in fact they have been linked to numerous types of diseases and with them being airborne they can spread their diseases even faster and further than Rats.

Hey there Mr Texas I just watched a 13. Min vidio ofthese crazy rednecks doing a nighttime pig hunt and they were using fully automatic firearms in Eastern Texas, just love to do that kind of hunt do you know any thing about those kind of hunts?

I've shot a bunch of feral hogs, back in the day. Usually with .243 bolt action. It used to be free, now most landowners have figured out they can charge for the privilege. It us too expensive for my blood these days.

I'm not sure if there is any way to make economic use of them as they're disease spreading vermin. They get thrown into an incinerator at the end of a night.

Hells bells this farmer does have a problem but on the flip side it’s more sport for you. I was out last weekend and only saw about half a dozen and it’s a long few hours when your only getting a few shots.

Plenty there G and Lofty, great shooting. I think they can see the 850 IR on the Pards sometimes though, some look straight at it. They would be better with a 915 or higher.

Lofty did well on the first stint. your not bad either. I have always fanced doing some farm ratting but wading through the sh** and the smell puts me off so I just shoot the odd rat that comes to see my chickens. Just think if you did not do this job the farmer would either be over run or would have to use a mountain of rat bait which kills more than the rats.

Great video guys and excellent shooting and it definitely looks like you guys will be very busy slaying rat's for awhile. Question for you guys do you eat the sky rat's or just throw them away with the rat's ? I know here in the states I will keep the one's from the farm but not the ones that I would get from the city because of the junk they eat. Cheers guys until the next one 👍

Thanks Donald, as for the feral pigeons we don't eat them. It's not worth the risk as we don't know if they're flying in and out of the city where they eat junk food. Plenty of woodpigeon which we eat though.
