Land Based Snapper Fishing Rig (How to) and Why I Use Sacrificial Leader !!!

Todays Video if about what rig I like to use from the beach when I'm chasing after snapper!!! Im Sure there's a lot of different rigs to use out there but ive found this one to be the most successful off the beach when targeting snapper for a couple of different reasons !
I hope it helps any ones else that getting in to abit of beach fishing !

Awesome educational video mate! I’m keen to try your setup out, one question if you don’t mind do you have trouble if you use running sinker to snelled hooks eg the leader wrapping around the sinker or braid?

I haven’t really mate, I’m usually only running running sinker for shark or mulloway and then my rigs made up of 100lb and 80lb. Abit heavy but Helps with less tangles in the surf I’ve found

What pound line do you have on your main line

I have 50lb braid on my surf rod (good all rounder) but also run 30lb braid on another reel of mine that I use for snapper 👍

As a raw beginner, it was quite difficult to follow. A diagram showing all the bits, the different sizes and knots would be REALLY benefitial
