can't believe they would allow such sickness to air on television

So I just accidentally deleted the comment from the guy who posted the Reddit link. Fucking mobile. I was a bored college student in 2010 and I hated life. Glad you guys are entertained.

This is a very unrealistic movie when you also consider that dinosaurs couldn't speak english
@ajnode8 жыл бұрын
We're not sure about the vocal capabilities of some dinosaurs - but we are sure about physics.

did you account for the difference in gravity and atmospheric composition at the time?

The alligator actually threw Ducky a hell of a lot faster than 700mph when you factor in the deceleration due to gravity. Use your same formula again, but plug in the distance you got, and 5 seconds instead of 18, and solve for Vi.
@n0lain7 жыл бұрын
Actually, the initial velocity would be even faster, since there was a constant acceleration in the negative direction while she was ascending, so the average velocity would be lower than the initial velocity.
@EdTheBadass15 жыл бұрын
maybe Ducky fell into space and time wormhole and had an epic adventure that lasted YEARS and then just spawned 13 seconds later back in the original universe

@dachickenman there was no wind resistance back then

Cartoons are generally known for their strict adherence to the laws of physics. Your findings are surprising!
@dachickenman15 жыл бұрын
@EdTheBadass Yes, you should account for wormholes as well.

It's a movie about talking dinosaurs; I think realism is out the window at that point.

dude, obviously ducky stopped in mid-air to listen to the cries of his friends. it would be rude to just keep on falling when your friends are yelling for your safety.

So according to you, anybody who makes sarcastically humor-intended videos on the Internet is "Autistic"? Now let me ask you this: What was your intended goal by making that assessment? Are you using the word "Autistic" as an insult? Are you trying to get a rise out of me? Are you aware that there are actually people out there who suffer from Autism? Next you should find a black guy's channel and declare that he likes fried chicken and watermelon. I bet that would be fucking hilarious too. KFC.

Ducky could survive it. If Petrie pulliing her one way and Ichy pulling her anohter didn't kill her, Dil's throw wouldn't have.

@ahtartersauce10115 жыл бұрын
Uh or maybe it just threw Ducky 15 ft. in the air really fast which would explain a lot. v=d/t so 15/5 is like 3 mph which isn't spectacluar at all. Hello get the numbers right. Plus what I said earlier about wind resistance and less gravity, so it was an easy fling for a prehistoric alligator obviously.

@ kizbo@dachickenman. I agree!! lol There was no wind resistance and the Earth wasn't as big as it was back then. It still needed more meteor collisions. So the gravity was less too. So what now??? rofl

How about the fucking bird flying without moving anywhere? The only bird that can do that nowadays is the hummingbird and IT has to flap its wings like crazy. That annoying winged creature somehow manages to do it like it's just floating in air or something.
