It is not an issue right now. I have bought there and there is no issue. I had issues in 2020-2021 but it has been resolved. I live in Nyanyano and I LOVE IT!!!!

This selfish way of making money most stop, because why Every Diasporas return to the continent and start putting advertise on our little land left.. May why millions of our local indigenous who's working hard under the heat Sun is not yet own their land. At moment all the land in most cities ib the country is sold out in rush. IF our local indigenous rust to sell all land in advance we Diasporas won't have a piece of land to buy for our development. Apart from selfish Africa Diasporas, no other races selling their land in rush on public media. Like we Africans STOP.. Don't bring capitalism mind set in our country

Listen...most you should do some surveys to find out, about how majority of local indigenous whom were one's living in capital cities, but due to Africans selfishness nature. All their lands being sold at fast pace... But let remained ourselves on what create tension and civil unreast to turn into war.. Did any of you think that you can just use money to displace indigenous citizens from their communities, then you better think twice. Because the heat already start, many indigenous citizen begin to raise serious questions , they asking for their land to be teturn back.. The truth is Most of you will lose properties very soon..

Yes...!! Is the Chiefs who is selling the land,, but We Diasporas should know better and Bring Awareness, because once we lose our lands, citizens in the won't have any future, we must think abt our unborn next generation. white people's think 500 years a head. Just 66 years after gaining independent, this country cities lands already sold out at fast pace,.. But the same piece land will take Western countries abt 200 years to develop it, because they carefully plain deep without misuse the land... We poor Africans mismanage our land any how..

I am diasporean. We should pay 3x the price a Ghanian pays. BUT that extra money does not go to the seller! It goes into a fund to help needy Ghanians buy land of their own in their own country!! I am opposed to the diaspoeean land grab. In the end there will be disharmony and resentment of us.
