I'm working on a strategy with land . I currently 26.8 acres Grand total access to available land is 400 +/- in dallas rockwall County, approved for all zones, excluding warehouse and industrial. I'm after the mid to high rise multi-family.

How do you split a 10 acre parcel into 10 lots if the zoning only allows for a 5 acre minimum?

Depends on the zoning so if the zoning doesn’t allow then that would probably be a property you can only split into 2
