Great video I have a question I live in Indiana and I just bought land in Indiana. The total price is $40,000. I put $200 down and I pay $300 per month. Am I able to turn around and sell this land for half the price or the four price to the buyer or, am I only able to sell this land if I paid for price and didn't finance it thank you

Yes , basically that’s the reason why wholesalers have a job to begin with , we aren’t only helping sellers but we are helping busy investors no matter if they are starting from scratch or fixing up a house. Some Investors will even go that extra mile & hire wholesalers to find properties for them.

How long does it usually take to get a contract? I believe I ran into the number 90days roughly to put for time to find a deal versus 30 days for a house (this is to write in contract for seller)… Your opinion? I would like to try this. I wholesaled a house off Zillow and haven’t had much luck since. I wouldn’t mind taking the less popular route if it’s more promising plus I’m not in a rush to make money. Ive learnt If you put in the effort it’ll come.
