About the double-close-you said most of these sellers aren’t distressed and thats the angle you use to pitch the double-close? My question is - are these sellers usually open to taking offers below market value? I’m also really curious-how do you handle situations with “smarter sellers” who want market value and/or over Market Value? Any tips for making it work in those cases?
