Land O' Lakes Florida Pros and Cons

I’ve lived in Land O Lakes since 1990. The subdivision you’re in is simply referred to as “Lake Padgett.” Land O Lakes is a nice area. It’s just growing really fast. An area has to grow so that it doesn’t die, but it would be nice if the growth would be a little slower though. Oh well, such is life.

I really don’t appreciate it. The comment regards the locals they are here forever and you forgot to mention how the home insurance game change for the locals. I don’t see nothing wrong with that everyone is entitled to their own politics . Aslong as they are welcoming and aren’t racist that’s all that matters . I live in central Florida , I’m tired of dealing with all of the trash living here . Being around like minded conservatives could be a breath of fresh air .

I agree people are almost violently right wing here. I had a cop illegally detain me here and I had a California coffee cup and he could not stop about how it would be better if the 48 million people of California "just fell into the ocean" and "no one would miss them". Lacking class and respect, this town is perfect for cranky dinosaurs to yell at their tvs after doing generic shopping. Buying any of the new developments is a bad idea and the apartments are overpriced.
