Thanx for this video. Helped me a lot and gave me the courage to do it myself. If possible a quick video showing the home made breaker tool more in detail. I added a Nord lock washer to the dog bolt....

Which direction does the front crank seal ERR7143 go on? Does the black rubber side go toward the inside (bearing) and the metal side face outward?

Hi the flat face faces outwards towards the belt cover and the hollowed (metal) face faces inwards to the crank. Thanks and cheers for viewing. Rich

At 25.50 did you use a new ‘o’ ring that sits behind oil seal or reused the old one? Cheers.

Hi there I would always say use a new one. It's a lot of work to go through to have another part fail. Thanks for your support and good luck. Rich.

Hi there thanks for your interest, giving that the dog bolt has always been a problem for most people to deal with and the limited room there is to move I thought rather than struggling to leaver a socket by hand I would make something to shock it off that takes very little time and effort. I built it using the spare steel I had in the garage, the main shaft is a 20mm round bar with a tube slotted over the top and topped off with a heavy duty washer to make the handle. I welder a 8mm or 10mm plate on the other end and drilled a hole to mount a heavy duty bolt through joining a second plate giving full movement. Easy to do and I like making things that will make a job easier. Cheers Rich.
