Just bought a 1 owner Land Rover with 8plug 4.0 v8. I actually love it so far. It’s in great shape and everything works except for stereo. No rust, brand new tires and rims look new as well. Hope it serves me well cause I love it

What about a non working radio.? Fuse eliminated.....So, what else could stop the radio working?

I've had 14 Land Rover discovery series 2, and I loved them, but all unfortunately, garbage.

Of course you have!!! I’ve had one from new and it’s still my wife’s daily driver and has given us great service! I would say you’ve either just put a nice little story on KZbin or you can’t driver or maintain nothing!

@@PillSharks Most of those who ridicule the early discovery as being unreliable, are just repeating what they have heard down the pub from someone who knows sod all about car maintenance. Just because a vehicle is built for a tough environment doesn't mean it can be neglected.

@@sisyphussapprentice8976 spot on.. obviously they aren’t without problems, what vehicle is! My favourite is when I hear the stories from the Toyota fan boys telling us they’ve owned one which has over a million miles on it without a single problem!! lol. And some believe the crap! As you say, it’s all about maintaining them and keeping them clean and protected..

@@sisyphussapprentice8976 most sunroof drains failed off the production line. The higher working temp and out-of-line thermostat caused them all to overheat. And the BCU and slabs will drive you insane. Not to mention the 3 amigos…….
