Have had a discovery sport for 4 years now, it's not the first land rover I've had but has been the most reliable, nothing has broken yet, no replacement parts so might have to send it back as they've clearly made it wrong....

Hi..great video. Engine seems very quite. I'm looking to buy a DS. What is the running cost like? How may miles do you get on a full tank and what MPG?

Hi, yes very quiet, well insulated cabin. You only really hear the engine when pushed. In mixed driving I understand that it realistically manages mid 30s MPG (UK) and on a motorway run, low to mid 40s.

If you have driven a range rover sport, how would you compare it with this car for regarding the seating layout and is the drive height the same as range rover’s?

The discovery sport feels much smaller in comparison to the Range Rover Sport. You sit lower. It’s not like you sit low for an SUV, it’s more like the Range Rover Sport just has one of the highest driving positions .

It was too stupid to put glass and mirror controls on top of the door. Even poor rain will result in malfunction.
