Ok, I did get there, Can I just add at the final point of getting the wheel on its mount with both wires tight and in their groves, you will need to turn it over and rotate it at the same time, rotate to tighten wires.Helpful vid thanks

Thank you and that last bit is a b*****d I put a cable tie around the plastic wire above spring and insert, I put further ties through this over and under the motor plate and thus compressing the spring, did the same for the other side making sure there was enough room for the centre spool to seat properly, once the springs were compressed it went as the video shows,cut off ties hold in place put motor on.

I can't get the end, where you have both lines coiled in with no slack, you do a flip but I can't do it!!! Fml

Well said half breed did you do it in the end. Im cracking up trying to do it my wires are not the best few bends in them from coming off it in the first place

This is almost impossible to do! Wait til you get to wrapping the cables around the wheel and put it in place for the motor. You need some kinda "Magic Fingers" to do this! Good Luck!

It's much easier to just buy a new motor with regulator for $50 that is ready to be attached to the window
