Nice to see you guys and get an update! Something seems off with you guys?! You both look exhausted!! Chris seems very drained and detached and focused a lot on working out which is a good focus for a long winter. I know winter can be hard on many of us. I live in Central Oregon and it’s been cold and we have had some big storms with lots of snow. I’m ready for warmer /longer days. I’m sure Chris is too! I hope you guys can get some rest and start feeling more like yourselves. I look forward to your future adventures.

For those concerned with Chris’s presumed detachment … he did mention that he’s been diagnosed with Reynard's . With many autoimmune diseases/disorders , there appears to be mood or emotional components that go along with it . These are anecdotal symptoms and are individual specific , so it is rarely addressed by the medical profession . They kind of shrug their shoulders .

I really enjoy putting these chats on and playing a mindless game on my phone, I'm still listening and watching sometimes but also busy enough to let it be chill. Chris, this chat reminds me of another one you had at Linnea's house where you said you use the rough mental times as fuel. I love that you're practising this in real life. If you were up to it, I reckon you'd help a lot of people by sharing your journey from trigger to struggle to climbing back out. Especially because you're not the typical stereotype to share, or even admit and accept that the way out is you (tools are just that, tools, but YOU are the real reason that you're halfway up the climb instead of still standing at the bottom staring at the slope). Linnea is very cute lol love her question at the end... Looking forward to the Peru video(s)!!! Also looking forward to the next chat, thanks for being so candid guys, as always, love your work ❤❤

I have watched you, Chris, since your van and ASU/Tempe days. When you use to travel to Alaska. You don't seem too happy. I pray you aren't having health issues. Take care of yourself. I also watch Elsa and Baron, too. Linnea, I also have bought a ring from her.. < 0201 >

Not an Item but a Dog is a must in my eyes (my first dog from age 12-26 was a long haired white shepherd hybrid Teeka---Akela and Linnea remind me soooooo much of my first canine and I) Not an item but a must have in my eyes and empty nest plan (van life❤) Over and out.....

My first time watching this channel and these two people. The female seems to be somewhat joyful and chatty. Chris seems to have a ballon that popped. Wish I could word that better. Something seems to have deflated his original mood at the beginning of this video. Anyway, I wish you both the best!

Yes Linnea, freeing up the CLUNKER is so nice of a FEELING! I am doing that now. Got rid of all furniture, pictures on the wall, clothes, shoes. My brother threw all his belongings, and I mean all, except for some clothes and his old records (45’s). He then moved to the Country of Pereira, Columbia where he loves it. Free of Clutter and warm weather.

Hydrogen peroxide 3-percent solution is the recommended method for making a dog throw up. Fortunately, it’s also a common thing to find in our home medicine cabinet. It’s a good idea to include a bottle of hydrogen peroxide in your travel dog first aid kit in case of an emergency away from home.

I too need to stay focused on my exercise and work outs. What a reminder within this podcast. Thank you. I've been living monk/hermit mode while raising my 4 kids (13,14,16,18-Im 37😂) while recovering from my own life woes and healing generational traumas--as to not pass them down to all my children. In the bush, mountain ranges, on our rented free range, organic, self sufficient "hobby farm". I've needed this alone time of solitude, it's been quientessential. Love to forage, herbalist, many passions got my focus. Started homeschooling a year before covid hit and that's been a big big blessing. Anyway, I always excused my lack of intent with actual full workouts/exercise because excuse of "you're working out in different ways doing all this farm needs, it's all good". No. As above is below, as is outside, inside etc. Focus on the needs of certain areas of my body is necessary. Self abandonment can't creep in in the most subtle ways. Thank you again for this reminder. I'll cut this long story short 😂 Much Love you two ❤ -April

The hardest part of joining your life to another is figuring out how to get what you both want and need. Some of us dive right in, some move more slowly. You seem a bit out of sync with each other at the moment. But, it’s so obvious how much you care for one another. I think we all wish you well in this balancing act. ❤

Feel foolish for making any assumptions. It’s so easy to do with this vehicle of communication. Sorry to hear about recent losses and glad you have each other’s back.

Raynaud's syndrome....try massaging your arms towards your hands...you need to push blood into your extremities. You can also windmill your arms, like a centrifuge, to force blood outwards. It's interesting that you can lose the blood flow to your fingers/hands even when it's not cold, right??? 🤔😂 It happens to me too....

@girlanonymous10 ай бұрын
Well I hope that’s not the case but if he needs to sort himself out (alone) then maybe that’s what he needs but it definitely don’t mean the end for them…It seems like Chris needs to be around more people for a bit, even family, and long time friends then come back to the desert. I wish him the best. I have followed Chris for years..I am new to Linnea snd Akeela, started following them a year ago.
