There is no part 2 because this is a terrible idea. Without internal reinforcement the whole quarter panel will bend and flex every time u go over a bump

I have a 95 Bronco. Not only does this look neat, it also has the added benefit of destroying the tailgates and rear quarter of Broncos (the larger the tire beyond stock, the faster the damage). If the carrier swings open and hits the rotational stop, crunch goes the rear quarter, even on vehicles with factory mount points and bracing.

great work but in middle east we have 100 series with 2 spear tire from factory with manual transmission with auxiliary fuel tank why you don't have ths a options in us ???

That's what sucks sometimes. USA always wants to be different and we get stuck with v8 and IFS. I would love a diesel and auxiliary fuel tank. +محمد الدوسري

Our engine and transmission selections are limited to what toyota wants to import and make emissions legal. As it is land cruisers are a bit uncommon as the US had the Sequoia SUV which is assembled here and is the same market as the cruiser. Most of the land cruisers sold here are the Lexus LX470.

Look I dont want to be sitting here telling you what to do, but if you are just learning then this is one of the most dangerous things you could build. You wont get hurt, other motorists with get hurt, and then they will take you to court and that will be a bad day.

Ok, I went out and bought that same tire carrier... modified it and installed it. From what I can see in your first video, I now know why you don’t have the second. You are going in the right direction but you’ll be sorry if you drill and mount it where your video shows. You need to move it way down, just above the tail light... rework the lower arm to mount right below the tail light. As you show it, your latch will have nowhere to mount (Unless you plan on drilling out you window), your hinge points will rip loose as the hinge pins need to be in the line. I did not make a video but I have lots of photos showing what I did.
