Hands down the hardest job on any car. I'd rather replace 3 heater cores and snapped crank bolts before I attempt rust repairs. Fabbing those curved body parts is a real challenge and an art. Well done mate

Hey mate, I have the exact same issue in that exact same spot on my 60... what sheet thickness did you use? and regarding the windshield is it simply a case of peeling back the rubber on the inside and pushing out? was it easy enough to get back in? Cheers!

Hi mate. I used 1mm cold rolled steel. And I broke my old screen removing it. And I had a professional refit the glass.
