Little tip for hygiene at the start of the game. The Peace, Prayers and Pea Soup building has a bathroom with a working shower in it that you can use. The people there will tell you to leave but you don't actually get in trouble.

You need to go back and check out INFRA or at least dig into the lore behind it. It will explain exactly what the green mushrooms are and what Obenseuer is.
