As a functioning adult I abide by the laws of the area where I live, I don't need a person to represent my profession in a negative light. There are bad people in every area to include entitled renters. Giving advice to improve is a professional process, labeling that profession you are working with negatively is not helpful.

The goal of our educational content is to help landlords be better to their tenants as they grow their business, and it would be disingenuous to ignore the often negative public perception of landlords.
