It would be great if you could do a continuation of this with heightmaps, specifically how to combine miltiple of them/ multiple landscapes together. I have searched a lot but could not find anything on how to fully combine landscapes together in UE5 to create huge worlds, so you could stitch the "seams" together for example

Erase is nothing like holding shift on the sculpt tool. That LOWERS the ground, erase undoes terrain modification and puts it back to flat ground.

Cool. A video on removing the excessive tiling effect would be good, and then on how to add trees and grass to the landscape.

if you go into material setting > check tiling then reduce x & y number to 0.2 or so it would somewhat compensate for the tiling

Hey, posted a few comments about video suggestions if you saw them or not(one of them was actually about landscapes!), but in relation this video I would love to see how to make PCG splines work with landscaping. I got the PCG volume to spawn foliage and it applied it correctly but with splines it floats or sinks into the ground.
