Kayaking to a remote Scottish island for landscape photography and camping; that is what you can expect from today's video. Simon Baxter and I load up our kayaks full of camping gear and camera equipment with the hope of a unique photographic adventure. I hope you enjoy this video.

I think I've just about recovered from the long drive, hours of paddling and then attempting to sleep on a deflated airbed 😅. Utterly worth it to paddle on the loch for even just a short while on that morning of pure calm and tranquility. Beautiful documentation of the midge invested adventure 👍

Watching while sitting in my office (sans windows) eating lunch at my desk and wishing I had this type of life...then Thomas scolds himself for complaining in the past and I say "thank you" and the guy at the desk next to me says "what?" Hey Thomas, as a content creator on YT also, I dont understand why anyone would give you thumbs down here. Appreciative of the choreography, the logistics, the 'continuity' in here... This is probably your best VLOGS ever (IMHO). Very cinematic and the drone footage - simply 'sick' (that is a good thing). What a trip, what a place, what conditions... what a VLOG! This is such a relaxing watch. So cinematic at times and with two shots that are blissful. I admire your bravery at taking thousands of pounds worth of gear out on a Kayak, let alone getting that GFX out and shooting whilst you're afloat. Interesting pedal boat Simon has there. I absolutely salute your sir. I live in a tropical country and have many tiny islands/sea-scape opportunity but none of them made me want to go against all the mosquitoes and other bugs to capture. I do believe they will turn out epic giving decent lights but I just hate insects, humid forests and wet jungles/swamp. Those combined are recipe straight to my army PTSDs which reminded me the good life I have(need not to live the jungles every other week). The same goes to every other bird/wild life photographer out there. Your motivation are burning bright as stars.
