Sky... I have been in many places in my life, but I have never lost anything precious during my travels. Except on Sky.... Part of my heart still wandering there somewhere. Well done Gary! Your video made me think again how Sky and the Outer Hebrides pushed me toward photography and for developing a view on things to spot the beauty in them and hold onto it. We have to go places so far remote to find something spectacular inside us, what we can take home forever.

OMG - What the hell....... I have seen some cracking videos from you Gary but that tops the lot. The atmosphere you have created with the music and the dramatic images are nothing short of stunning. The work and dedication that goes into something like this shouldn't' be underestimated, you should be very proud of this. The timing of the music and the overall production is first class. You have a special gift of creating great images with passion and enthusiasm thats awe inspiring.

Gary, Your latest images pass my test... they don't say, "Gary was there." They say, "Don't you wish, Mike, that you were there?" I appreciate the cinematic cuts. Your efforts are far above and beyond the standard "B-roll" we typically see! I'm very partial to the new and creative look of your blog. Way to forge new ground, Sir. I don't know what attendees pay for your workshops, but I'll wager they are getting a lot more than their "money's worth." Thank-You, Mike

When i find myself on your side of the pond i hope to get a chance to meet some of my favorite KZbinr's, of which you are one. I'm an above average musician, so i follow a few from the U.K., the crew at Anderton's, Rabea Masaad, and Rob Chapman. Hope all is well and i love your content. You're more than welcome Steve. You might only gain a handful of extra subs but as we both know, every little helps. Keep producing your videos in exactly the same way, and I honestly feel your channel will explode. Your way of life, scenery and wildlife are totally alien to us here in the UK and for other parts of the world too i'm guessing. Because of that, and your natural charm and excellent photographs of course, kind of makes your channel unique. You don't bang on about settings this and settings that like we all either. It's a refreshing change. Love the horsey shots by the way. Gary 👍👍👍👍

By far one of if not the best landscape vlogs that ive seen, for me your images are superb I really could feel the mood of the weather in those stills and the choice of background music perfectly complimented the scenes. Great video sir, very cinematic feel, superb photos complimented with a magnificent music score 😎

Cheers Tony. There was a moan that the music was repetitive too. Guess you can't please everyone. Thanks for watching and taking the time out to comment, means a lot 👍👍

Really top notch work there Gary. I'm especially a fan of those last few images. First time to watch. Great stuff.

Yet another great vlog; I'm hoping to get up to the Isle of Skye myself next spring. Love the B&W conversion on the Lighthouse as it really suits the subject. However, the pano of the coastline with some sort of chimney in the foreground seemed to work better in colour.

Thanks again Paul. I know what you mean about certain images working in B&W and some in colour. I'm with you on your choices by the way. 👍👍

Superb images Gary, I paid a visit to Skye last November and was just in awe of the place, must go back soon and spend sometime at the Quiraing which I never had time to see the week I was there.

The Quiraing is a must. Worth a visit just for that place :)
