Great photos Gary. I was in Skye a couple of weeks ago for 2 days and wild camped up the Old man of Storr. I took 2 hours to walk up in the dark carrying too much gear then try and put up the tent in the wind. Then I realised my bracket for my tripod was left in the car. I had to just sit the camera on the ground and hope for the best.

Gary, Proof the fabled Beach Bovine is actually a "thing!" While I do miss your engaging patter, I see why you let the images take center stage. 40 plus shots in five days, man you can flat wear-it-out. Boy-howdy! The light at "Old Man" puts me in mind of Tuscany. I think you'd love it, if (when) you get the chance to go. I'm once again struck by the painterly character of the mountains at the 14 to 16 minute marks of your production sequence. You' re really wringing-out all the good, visually. Your mates look, very understandably, happy. Thank-You, Mike

Awesome video and stunning images. I was in your studio a few weeks ago watching the evening with Tom Heaton, which was great btw, but it was something that you said about learning photography that stuck with me. I have been guilty of taking 20 odd shots the same thing with different settings instead of knowing the settings that are needed. Since then I have tried to challenge myself to read the scene and get it right first time whilst learning a lot more about the actual art/science of photography. Hopefully in a few years I'll produce images and video somewhere near the quality of yours.
@GaryGough5 жыл бұрын
Hi Lee, Thank you so much, you're very kind. I'm so glad you got something more from the evening other than the awesome Thomas Talk. I think your videos are fantastic too. Just keep producing this kind of quality and the subs will soon be in their thousands. Well done to you.
