Thanks for the outing James. As I've said many times before,; for me personally, the Lake District IS black and white. Images 1 and 6 take me there more than any colour image could.

Cheers James, it’s Sean in Atlanta. I am like you in that I prefer to shoot without a tripod. But I understand you using one on that day. I have to tell you how much I appreciate the tours of your surrounding countryside! You live in an incredibly beautiful place! I am shooting in B&W myself on grey days. But I have to admit that I prefer colour… Oh, before I forget, your boy has been fun to watch, especially in that strong wind recently! Thanks Sean. I understand there will always be a preference to colour and black n white is definitely a niche for some. My sons a little soldier in challenging conditions. An Urban B&W is long overdue so make a point of getting back to it very shortly
