Landscapes of Montenegro IV - Orjen Military Road & Njegoš Mountains

A 19th century spectacularly constructed military road leads to Fort Stražnik, a former fortress of the Austro-Hungarian Empire on the slopes of Mount Orjen. The road is a challenge for larger vehicles such as the Daily 4x4, mainly because of the many overhanging branches and a few more sections to be tackled cautiously.
Similar conditions apply on the trails of the Njegoš Mountains. Expect some steep and stony sections with often long and narrow passages, while the many branches spoil the paint of your rig. How you feel about this depends on what you consider important in life...
