My German is rusty, but gave I seen correctly, neither of these gentlemen are actually fencers? Neither has ever seen a fencing school from the inside? Their only "qualification" is that neither has studied fencing or has any degrees in the historical sciences but some have done Asian martual arts? Excuse me, but is this a joke? By this logic I'm a brain surgeon and astronaut, because I've read books about both subjects.

@@markusjack9208 I tried to find information about either men, neither seems to have any degrees in medieval studies, philology or archeology. I was also not able to find anyhing information about either of them ever having been fencers of any kind. All I found was their group called "Schwertkampf Ochs" and some of their transcriptions and translations.
