Langos: Hungarian Fried Bread
Recipe with potatoes:
1 Large potato, approximately 400 gm, peeled, cut and boiled as for mashed potatoes
1 cup warm milk
2 1/4 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups flour, 300 gm
1 Tbs sugar
Boil the peeled and cut potatoes, and mash them. Add to the flour, milk, yeast, salt, and sugar. Proceed with the instructions outlined in the video. Happy cooking!

Great video, great work, well down. There is a Lángos Bar right here in Pécs (Hungary) where 140 different types of Lángos are being made. If you don't believe me, come over here...LOL
