the H if I'm correct was really only implemented in place of the dot to make Irish conform with international standards for European languages and isn't really a proper letter unless its used at the beginning of a word. ex an bhean = the woman h is only there to show sheimhiu (pardon my spelling) unlike a haon = the number one.
