I had the test, but when I asked peoplecert to send me all the test, or at least my mistakes, they refused. Actually their reply was "The reasoning behind this policy is to preserve the examination's integrity and avoid compromising the overall certification quality, by letting the candidates know the correct answers, thus making it a matter of simply memorizing the syllabus". But how could I practice without knowing my mistakes? Also, about the listening part, the test wasn't about the language, but mentality test, with tricks. I mean, even though I understood everything, it wasn't clear what they needed. I don't think that it is fair.

I have problems with the speaking, the proctor in the writing could listen to me. In the speaking couldn't! I'm trying to find again the last version of the exam shield program, to see if it is the problem. Can you help me please? where could I find the exam shield latest version?

What if I don't have external webcame.... Is that okay... I mean I only use the laptop camera... Is it allowed?

It is acceptable to have a camera installed on your laptop. You have to rotate allover the room and then place it somewhere so that the entrance is viewable. Also, you should have a headset with microphone and an adequate internet connection (If possible wired with ethernet). If there is any technical problem, you inform them by the chat box and they stop the time until fixing it.
