Have a notepad and write it down. When ATC gives you instructions, do same! I use the scratchpad feature in FF for this. Never once have I had ATC prompt me while I write it down & read it back. Takes all the stress away, eliminates confusion and mistakes.

When making contact with ATC. You have to confirm that you have the correct atis information. Whenever the needs to get updated they go one letter up. So starting with information alpha, then bravo etc. So in this case they have atis weather information november.
