If a proper audit of budgetary defence allocatons was carried out top secrets of all the killings during Rjapakse's presidencies would come to light. As the defense allocations of funds have never been comprehensibly debated in the parliament under the irrational cover of national security could not be debated and thus abuse of these funds made inherent by the government. All the previous minsters handling of funds has to be audited by reputed and credible auditors as a special project thus the cause for country to become bigger begging bowel would come to light.
