Less a concert, it's a service, entertainment is not the primary aim, contemplation is, and that may be cherished and bring fruition. Irish folk or Sufism, does half the globe lie inbetween, actually not; and from a distance it's Christa Päffgen's smile we see.

Lankum are the perfect antidote to the diddly eye shite created by tourist boards and the like. Real soulful stuff.

The most innovative, intense, amazing, unearthly, shivers down the spine voice in all music. Radie you are REALLY SOMETHING. Genius and Magician come to mind. Your band colleagues also deserve the highest praise. Wonderful wonderful stuff.

I simply cannot here this turn of music without tearing up and huffing off and trying to convince myself I am more of a 21st century man than I actually am.

I came across that song back in 2009, when I stole that Album from a music shop in a shopping centre in the west of Ireland, it had a sticker saying it was some famous folk singer's favourite vocalist, so I knew it must be good. I haven't stolen anything since early 2010

Bewitching !!!!!!!!!! Radie has an amazing voice of hurdy gurdy or of harmonium .... Your music here reminds me of that of the Hungarian group Kolinda that I listened to in my youth ...

I love Karen’s version . However I feel this packs one almighty punch in my soul . I think this an incredible dare I say better version to the original
@ChrisLawton663 жыл бұрын
It's a traditional song, so there really is no original version. Are you speaking of Karen Dalton's version as the original?
