For some player, this is their first lantern rite, and for the other this is their second, third, or fourth lantern rite, whatever the theme, i will always be amazed by this yearly event, hope i still play this game next year. Also, great mash up my friend

Or ppl who think it's more like GaMing Story Quest which is fine for me. This years LR is about reunion and parental figures and we have atons of it. Xianyun being the best mom,Zl and Xiao kiting together, Gaming and His Dad,Yip Tak, Reunited and try to understand each other. I heard some ppl said Asian parents agreeing on their Childreen's dream is unrealistic and I don't think they are even Asian. As a Asian's teen, It's hard to make your parent approve what you're doing. They always worry that we might be failed and they want to protect us. But If we work hard and show a result that I did it I can live my life on my own feet and most importantly if they see it with their own eyes, They starting to believe in us and start supporting or cheering for our dream. That's why GaMing and His Dad Story is very relateable and heartwarming for us. I don't think Ppl complain this Asian parents agreeing on our dream is unrealistic are not even Asain but only saw a memes about us.All in all, This year LR is 10/10 for me.May the peace be with us ovo.

I think it's personal preference for me the story of this lantern rite was great but the last part ruined it because lantern should mostly be liyue focused but they brought mostly all characters from fontaine for the last part but imo quest wise this was atleast better than last years quest but still not the best and cutscene wise 2.4 lantern still is the best for me because it was way more emotional

I never ever care about the rewards, but indeed this lantern rite is worst, at least for me, least engaging story, least engaging mini games, and most importantly, least emotional and least beautiful cutscene, the iconic music aren't even there, 2022 Lantern Rite cutscene was so emotional for us that its so nostalgic and bring back so much beautiful memories.. But one thing from this Lantern Rite that i can admit that is better than any other Lantern Rite is the quality of cutscene, the quality is so much higher than any other cutscene so far, its make me speechless

This Lantern Rite is no better than any previous one but one thing, the quality of cutscene is so much higher than any previous Lantern Rite, but having higher quality doesn't always mean better, this Lantern Rite cutscene is having less impact on heart/least memorable, no iconic Lantern Rite music, and lack of emotional feeling, i still remember how the Lantern Rite in 2022 give out so much nostalgia and bring back so many beautiful memories, its so beautiful and memorable
