Lanvin was something in Abert Elbaz era. It was chic and sensual. I can totally see Hedi Sliman as a creative director.

Not since Alber Elbaz have I even known what has happened at Lanvin. After completely rebuilding a boring old brand to unbelievable heights only to be destroyed by its majority shares owner Shaw Lan Wang! This was truly a story of her chickens came home to roost! My most favorite dress my most favorite jacket, my most favorite sweater, and my most favorite handbag all designed by Alber Elbaz, I will never shop in Lanvin again. Thank you for the story. It was a wonderful examination into this new man, I wish him well.

Agree: Lanvin could really bring back femininity and romance. They definitely need to capture a young market-that's the key-but for us in the 40+ crowd, Lanvin is such a familiar and elegant name.
