No to the dress. It is just ok and we have seen so many nicer dresses on you. The sweater is great. As for Ferragamo, I am surprised you haven't scoped out that heritage Italian luxury brand yet. When it comes to leather goods and coats, they are better than Chanel or Dior (IMHO). Less flashy and low key as well- perfect for the office.

Hi Sophie, I’m so sorry to say I’m not crazy about the dress. What I don’t like is that the bottom part of it looks dark. As if it’s lined with a black fabric or something. You’ve had on much nicer dresses in the past!

The Ferragamo signature bow on the shoes is easily recognizable so nobody if going to think they are Chanel. However Ferragamo makes excellent quality leather goods. And their shoes do come in narrow widths

You've expressed what I was trying to articulate. The fabric of the dress is incredibly beautiful, but I feel it is too ornate both top and bottom to be one of your most stylish pieces. I think if the top had a more subtle skirt or vice versa, it would be stunning, but it is just a little bit too much as is. I think you look stunning in your very ornate top, which you always pair with something more simple, and this dress does not allow you to do that. I can absolutely see why you love the dress though.

Ferragamo are always a great, classic shoe brand with shoes that last decades. I know vintage collectors who have their Ferragamo for decades and look perfect. I myself have both vintage and new season Ferragamo. I prefer it over Chanel too since I hear both the classic Chanel flats and slingbacks are very uncomfortable. I think the dress looks like it was lined in black fabric at the bottom, which makes me hesitant about it,

I like the top/sleeves of the dress, but the bottom seems to be a bit off proportion wise. It’s a bit over 1k gbp, but I’ve been enjoying my rice gauche tote bag from Ysl. I got it in the larger size. It’s not too heavy on it’s own so it’s not bad to carry around when I put my work stuff in it. Sucks that the bag has a defect.

I think the Lanvin bag is so cute that the indentation in the leather is actually forgivable. This is a rare situation where a designer item can be forgiven for a major flaw because the item is so pretty. Usually if any designer item is flawed, it should be returned because it's not worth the money. But this bag is an exception, in my opinion. It's lovely.

Sophie - it may be the camera angle but I'm not crazy about the dress. It almost has too much going on...the floral, the full sleeves, the ruffle the waist band the cut outs. Other outfits that you have styled in previous vidoes I think are more slimming and flattering to your figure.

Hi Sophie, another nice video. I enjoy watching your videos and often find new interesting ideas. You asked us if you should keep that dress. I´d never want to hurt your feelings, however, my honest answer is "please do not". The sweater looks nice, so keep it and you´ll get much more use wearing it. I used to have a similar design bag as your Gucci bag. It has room inside, but due to its half-moon shape, I found it nice to wear on my shoulder, but not inconvenient on the inside. The Lanvin bag is beautiful but needs to be sent back. What a pity, the leather is sloppy. All the best.

I don’t think I would describe the Salvatore Ferragammo Vera shoe as a dupe. It’s iconic in its own right having been created in 1978 and never out of production. It was never meant to duplicate the Chanel cap toe pump. And frankly they are much better made than the Chanel shoe. It is much more popular with the old money aesthetic than the heavyweight logo crowd that are walking billboards for Chanel. A bit like the Delvaux and Moyat handbags that are carried by the truly wealthy rather than the aspirational like LV and YSL.

Keep the Balmain, but ditch the dress. Check out Ferragamo leather…good stuff. Nice belts that aren’t typical brand initials (GG, FF, CD, yawn). And most importantly, go and get yourself one of those FABULOUS Fendigraphy bags. It is SOOOO you!!!

I prefer the Marc Jacob The Tote series. Those totes are amazing. After months of trying to buy the denim version I got it and I'm in love with it. Always receive compliments about the bag. It still keeps the structure firm and so much room inside. I just love it that I'm going to get another. No to the dress, but the Ferragamo shoes are cute!

Love the top part of the dress, looks amazing. But the bottom is a NO - since its a darker color than the top, but not so dark you can see its intentional, it makes it look like a weird see through. Had to look a couple of times to realize what is going on. If you could find that as a blouse, it would be gorgeous! Lots of love!

lanvin is a beautiful bag, they just chose a high end leather that is too soft and slouches over time. I have a vintage Lanvin bag and the leather scuffs easily. but the hardware and stiching is the best. luv your videos thanks.

Hello Sophie, I loved that Lanvin bag when I first saw it online, it's very elegant and interesting, I wouldn't even think they would not take into consideration the softness of that leather, too bad the bag is beautiful, but not worth that flaw. I just checked several websites for that bag and while on some of them, the image doesn't show it, I found one which shows that fold, even on their photo, thus your guess is correct about all of them having that problem 😐
