You should try another experience by "Woosh" the real Southeast Asia's first fast train in Indonesia from Jakarta to Bandung has a speed of up to 350 km/hour. Or also get comfort of the "Argo Bima" luxury compartment suite train from Jakarta to Surabaya and the "Argo Parahyangan" panoramic train from Jakarta to Bandung. Enjoy the amazing sensation of the trips.

We went in 2023 and was told to buy 2 days in advance of travel, which we did. Not sure if this was for all travelers or just foreigners. Wondering if there’s any truth to this…? The app was not available last year. Glad to hear it’s available and working now!

It's for all travelers, only up to 3 days in advance. To use the app, you need a local phone# with your mobile SIM. If you stay in a hotel, usually the hotel can do this for you and give you the ticket w QR code (boarding pass). Where are you now? When are you planning to visit Laos?
