Hello Everyone!! Today I'm sharing a super delicious recipe of Lao Gan Ma Chili Crisp with Shiitake Mushrooms! This chili crisp is super tasty and can be applied to noodles and rice to create explosive flavors! I love the shiitake mushrooms in this sauce and they add so much texture and flavor! If you love Lao Gan Ma, you have to give this one a try! We are making chili flakes from scratch too and it's honestly the most satisfying process when making this sauce. Roasting dry chilies creates a beautify aroma and it literally makes me happy!
