The flaring doesnt look that bad, its not traditional but less unobtrusive than giant red hexagons.

Is it fully manual lens so need to use the focus ring or not? How is it compare to laova 7.5 “ Which is better for your opinion(price /quality/image ect)?

Yes, you need to use focus ring. If you need that extra wide 12mm, than laowa 6, if 14 is enough for you, than save some money, quality is basically the same
