JOHN SMITH civilians can get pulled over if they are missing a license plate. In this case, the newer cars don’t have plates and soon they will after a few weeks

I'm sorry but LAPD is not what it used to be. Presently there are more inner departmental complaints against officers than from citizens. LAPD used to kick ass. Now they take breaks and wait for calls even like the one you see here where they all are woken up to a call that may or may not be life threatening. The somberness of actions/inactions is fear of departmental discipline. So sad.
