Oh my god this guy is so blessed. He definitely had angels protecting him. My heart is still beating fast from watching this. I’m a little disappointed in what looks like any lack of concern or urgency by the police to assist this man. I hope he will be okay l’m sure he has to be in some type of shock from the incident.

Good thing you were there to film this. They won't get away with it or make excuses. Who knows if they had their bodycam on. Proper first- aid protocol was not followed and that worries me. This could be a lawsuit in the making. He definitely has a case.

While is watched the live I felt bad for the guy who was hit, but figured he was tossed aside by the cop car and got a few bumps on the way down. Seeing the security camera showing the impact was down right shocking. The driver cop should need mandatory driver training and the whole crew of cops on the scene should be required to take sensitivity training. It was heartbreaking to see the cop more concerned about the dents in the cruiser than the guy he just ploughed into and was under his car!! I hope you do a followup on this one. We all want to see a positive outcome for this innocent victim of a police incident.

This man had an angel on his shoulder for sure, and he did his part to be safely walking, even wearing a bright yellow & reflective traffic vest to be seen at night. Hope he went to the hospital and got checked out, he's going to be hurting more the next day. The officers could've been more caring instead of checking out the car damage....you just ran down a person on a sidewalk, one shook his hand, neither tried to assist or console him, LAPD needs sensitivity training! I hope he's ok.
