Here's a fix thats VERY likely gonna work if most of ur methods arent working. You act might not eve need to install anything, just go to ur advanced BIOS, look for "VMD controller" and set it to disabled. Im gonna spam this comment on a bunch of vids cause I have NO CLUE why ppl arent saying this

The motherboard is looking for a specific driver. Not a windows issue

Guys, Try this method. 1. Goto Driver Download page of Your specific Model Number. 2. Download The IRST Driver and Run VMD-xxx .exe File and choose Extract and Extract it to a pen drive root folder. Then restart and load drivers. It will work.

For HP there are drivers for every version of windows 11 upgrade. Try the standard one first and make sure to extract the .exe file. Check out the HP video I have in the description
