MOM POV: colostrum has been around FOREVER! It’s the first thing that comes out before milk when we breastfeed our babies. It’s a yellow consistency and people will save it because you can literally eat it OR apply it to your skin for any infection, rash, treatment, etc!! It’s full of nutrients for the babies and it has good benefits to apply on the human body! :) Didn’t know they put it in the smoothie from cows though! That’s crazy! Lol

As a mother myself, We produce colostrum mainly in the first week when our baby is born. Some mothers like myself started to produce colostrum towards the ending of our pregnancy. Colostrum is also known as liquid gold bc it's extremely beneficial for the baby's health. 💕
