The comments are crazy, but I do think both Josh and Sebas did great in validating and making both of them feel special. Must I add… Josh’s mother did add during her labor story that she did not have a voice either and her husband at that time made a decision (that should of been hers to begin with) to have him naturally which she did not want. So I can’t imagine what other struggles she went through. Both sound amazing women, goes to show how women had it back then.

This is by far the best episode. Both moms have a different perspective of parenting. There is no wrong, or right. Some moms specially in the Hispanic culture put up with a lot, and stay quiet to keep their family together. It is a sacrifice to be a stay at home wife, and put your kids first. It is also a struggle to be a single mom and not see your kids grow. I love this real life topics as opposed to “influencers”. Keep it going La Platica!

Wow definitely an emotional episode. It goes to show whether you’re a working mom or a stay at home mom you are doing the best for your kids and those days that feel hard and you feel guilty for losing your cool or becoming stressed seem so valid and as moms we need to be more gentle to ourselves because our children will see the love we have for them by us showing up for them everyday and that is priceless.
