Haha I'm the guy you battled with the rain team. That Lapras really got me good, I didn't know u couldn't even use drain punch I thought it just wouldn't heal. I swapped body slam to low kick now because of this traumatic battle lmao. Love your videos been a fan for years

I didn't know you couldn't use drain moves at all after psychic noise I thought it would just do damage without getting the health back but that makes it way better than I thought. I definitely have to use it now

The bait and switch is real =p Hyped up Sonic based Lapras, barely used it in this video. Even when it was out you mostly used Freeze Dry, a non sonic move. Honestly the MVP of this video seems to be the Wheezing.

Since swsh, unless an already damaged Pokémon switches in it is ‘banked’ indefinitely. The next non full health switch in after that gets the full heal. Quite a cool change imo!

When you Tera out of being Poison type it stops healing you.

you don't terastailize a poison pokemon when it's holding the black sludge, because if the typing it turns into isn't a poison tera, it's gonna take the damage from the item instead of the recovery. which is why every poison pokemon is now holding leftovers in their sets.
