Not only qualcomm, but also companies like nvidia, AMD and mediatek will launch its ARM based chips for windows operating systems in 2025 as the exclusive agreement between Microsoft and qualcomm for manufacturing ARM Soc ends. Definitely the nxt 2 years will be a treat for ARM based windows as there is a high chances for it overtaking the apple's M series chips. (Maybe the future versions also) But we cant assure that arm based windows pcs will surpass macbooks in terms of practicality for atleast (5-8) years. The reason is because Microsoft shd encourage the developers to make native arm based applications and softwares and also make a better translation layer to run the x86 based applications in arm architecture. (Just like apple's Rosetta 2).

Apple has optimized applications for their hardware thats why they can deliver better and efficient ARM based software- pretty much closed source unlike other windows, android. I believe Google, samsung, nvidia, qualcomm can combine and do the R&D for better product to beat Apple's monopoly

Since it's available in India, and to the price reduction its costs around 50000 rupees which is less than OLED steam deck (due to its import charges and non availability in India). From all reviews I heard from people, it's a very good choice than Switch or SD for people who have busy schedule or who travels frequently
