The breathing. Let’s take about her mastery of breath placement. It adds so much to the dramatic intensity of some songs. Besides, that rendition of Broken Vow is a gem. Yes, that concert is 20 years old or so. And yes she sang that song later on. But, to me, it’s the best version. I so wish whichever company is owning that concert video would release it again remastered on DVD or another digital support.

She wrote not just this song but also the entire album, and the album has songs in Italian, English and Spanish wrote by her. ;) She said during an interview that Josh Groban and Barbra Streisand called her in order to ask her to record this song as well.

Sim, o Josh gravou uma versão dele para o álbum "Closer", em 2003. A Barbra Streisand telefonou-lhe aqui há uns anos para lhe pedir para cantar esta canção. A Lara não acreditou que era a Barbra ao telefone e desligou-lhe o telefone na cara! Pensava que era alguém a brincar com ela! Hi jeff, I just watched your reactions to Lara Fabian who I believe is one of the greatest performers with a vocally pure voice above a lot of singer (the sound of her voice is pure crystal), but what differentiates her from the others is that she is a very, very great performer (you say that you like to listen to the songs before having your reactions and it's not bad, you have to listen and then I'm not kidding not (humor) "Requiem pour un fou" Lara and Johnny at the Stade de France in front of more than 80,000 people, she is invited by johnny to sing one of his old songs (in France it is one of the greatest live performances) Poweful react made a reaction (to see) and there is another one which does not come often and I understand it she sings in French. It is a duo voice plus a guitar in live" tu es mon autre" (Lara, Mauranne and Lalane) after"je suis malade" "I am sick" by serge Lama these two live shows how much she can sing everything and especially she p had everything make us forget the time of a song, Sa would be good if you listen to them and if you want to make a reaction. a big hello from the south of france André

Is it possible for you to react to the cover of that song Broken Vow performed by a Filipino singer by the name of Julie Anne San Jose. She sang it live in her concert accompanied by a 20 piece orchestra. You can log on to the video of Mr. Danny Tan.

Your comparison between Lara and Dimash might be confusing to people who are not familiar with the background of both singers. If you go back and listen, the way you compare them, at least to me, sounded like you were intimating that Lara and her techniques were inspired by Dimash, rather than the other way around. Especially since this performance was from her 1999 TV special and in 1999, Dimash was only five years old and just starting his musical training. Thank you for exposing more people to the wonderful Lara Fabian, who is unfortunately not very well-known in the US, which is such a shame.

I enjoy your reactions though I have one request...stop bringing up Dimash every time you react to one of her songs! He's great but not at her level yet! Hopefully he doesn't destroy his vocal chords with all of his vocal acrobatics that he does because he really is great. Lara is just better. Its the same for me when people compare Lara to Celine Dion! It drives me nuts!! Lara is a 1 in a 7.69 billion and can be compared to no one! Not even Dimash!

Josh wasn't "too young" to sing it... he was young, but he was 22... He had 2 gfs already and heartbreak isn't something owned by full adults... I hope he wasn't cheated by and unfortunately Lara had been... twice or more...

Salut jeff,je viens de regarder tes reactions sur Lara Fabian qui je crois est une des plus grandes interprètes avec une voix d'une pureté vocalement parlant au-dessus de beaucoup de chanteuse( le son de sa voix est du pur cristal),mais ce qui la différencis des autres c'est qu'elle est une très très grande interprète(tu dis que tu aimes écouter les chansons avant du faire tes réactions et c'est pas plus mal, Il faut que tu écoute et là je ne rigole pas (humour) "Requiem pour un fou" Lara et Johnny au stade de france devant plus de 80 000 personnes,elle est invité par johnny pour chanter une de ses vieilles chanson( en france c'est une des plus grandes interprétation en live) Poweful réact a fait une réact (à voir) et il y en a une autre qui ne passe pas souvent et je le comprends elle chante en français. c'est un duo voix plus une guitarre en live(Lara ,Mauranne et Lalane)après "je suis malade" de serge Lama ces deux live démontre à quel point elle peut tout chanter et surtout elle peut tout nous faire oublier le temps d'une chanson,Sa serait bien que tu les écoutes et si tu en a envie de faire une réaction. un grand bonjour du sud de la franceAndré

I also see a lot of similarities between her and Dimash. He idolises her and I guess that's why we see similar things. But from all the things they may have in common I choose the way they feel music. For me the only way to describe it is organic. For them singing and music is organic. Greetings from Argentina.

Lara Fabian est une immense interprète avec une voix incomparable! Elle transmet des émotions comme personne! Je suis tellement heureux de suivre son parcours artistique depuis presque 23 années, je me sens même privilégié quand je vois toutes ses réactions à son sujet! Lara Fabian, comparée à d'autres chanteuses, c'est la qualité qui prime avant le business! Chacun de ses albums est un véritable petit bijou, elle a su se réinventer à travers toutes ses années en prenant parfois quelques risques! Artiste complète; auteur, compositeur et interprète (12 langues)! Merci pour cette énième réaction la concernant! En tout cas pour moi elle est la meilleure chanteuse au monde et vous l'avez encore démontré dans cette vidéo, moi même j'en ai encore les larmes aux yeux!
