I've just watched this. Laura is dispicable. Rude, subordinate, out of line, absolutely the worst attitude possible. If I was Hannah, it would of been me or her as you know she was not willing to conform and work as a team. Hannah isn't perfect, but this was ridiculous.

This is why captains like to hire experienced staff. The amount of stars eyed youngsters you get walking around the harbours preseason with fancy CVS is mental. When all captains want is experience because new staff(green leaves) have a tendency to quit and leave the rest of the team in trouble

I really wanted to feel sorry for Lara considering how iced out she was by Hannah after Charter 1 but the way she quit was very unprofessional. I'm surprised Captain Sandy handled this situation as calmly as she did. I don't think Lara was cut out for this job at all. Very poor attitude towards her role and the other crew members.

She is NOT Italian! She is Eastern European. Don't know why she would lie about that. Her accent is not even remotely like an Italian accent. She also refuses to tell anyone where in Italy she is from and noone knows anything about her siblings, parents or relationship!. Looks like she adopted an Italian sounding last name and noone has caught on!. Why am I the only one who noticed immediately. There are a lot or eastern europens where I live so the accent is easy to identify. Nothing wrong with it but why lie about who you are and where you are from!

They were all very horrible to her and she was just being defensive the whole time because of how they treated her to begin with. They bullied her away. The way she was standing there not being comfortable to even enter the yacht for her belongings says enough. and Sandy just grabbing the radio like that and responding in a attacking manner shows how unprofessional she really is, also by not calling Hannah out on her shitty, petty behaviour.

A lot of Anglo crowds like in below deck (American/South African/Australian/English) can be very passive aggressive, harsher and unwelcoming to non English speaking people. Especially girls like Lara. Russian or Eastern European or any non Anglo group. When I worked in the UK I personally observed it. Lara was indeed driven out because she didn't fit in with them and it became too much for her. I don't blame her. One day she woke up and thought f**K these morons and she left. Also notice the way they reacted to her departure. Says it all.
