Food Network, Marth Stewart, etc all call it cookie sheet, you're fine. There is a difference between a cookie sheet, baking sheet/sheet pan, and jelly roll pan, but anyone nit picking someone about that can go make their own show. 😅

Hi Kim, love the channel! Waterwipes are premium priced as it goes through a 7step water purification process and has zero nasties in them. Every other wipe globally is not matched to it. If you dip the wipe in water and squeeze it WaterWipes comes out clear, all other baby wipes will produce sudds/bubbles showcasing the additive! PLUS they are Irish based and manufactured in Ireland 🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪

A little tip about shredding cheese - shred a bunch in advance, put on a large cookie sheet in the freezer, once frozen, put inside a Ziploc bag and keep in freezer as bulk! Make sure you freeze on a cookie sheet so it does not all clump together and freeze in one big ball of cheese. I have also done this and kept it fresh in my fridge, if we are using multiple recipes with cheese, and then that week!
@brandeegoodnight5329 ай бұрын
If you have a food processor, use it to shred all your bulk cheese with it then freeze it. That’s what I do because I hate having to shred while I’m cooking supper. Works out great

A tip when shredding cheese, if you want to shred alot and store it in the fridge toss the cheese in some cornstarch and it won't stick together. Doesn't take much cornstarch
@kimberlysporer28569 ай бұрын
That's the same as buying the bag so it kind of defeats the purpose of shredding your own.

I buy 2 blocks of the Parmesan cheese at a time from Costco and put it in the food processor, comes out similar to the powdered stuff and takes seconds to do! I put it all in the freezer so I always have it easy to use in recipes or just to shake on pasta, etc!

I had no idea I can put Parmesan cheese in the food processor for shaker cheese. Lol… how long does it last in the freezer?
@annev7339 ай бұрын
@@DoingItBarbsWay, we go through it quickly but I would think it would last 3 months, if I thought we wouldn't use it that fast I would seal it with my foodsaver then I think it would be good a little longer.

FYI - sheet pan is the industry term... they come in 5 sizes. whole sheet pans (used only in commercial ovens), 2/3 sheet pans (sometimes called extra large - (will fit in most home ovens, but not all), 1/2 sheet pans (most common size used in home ovens), 1/4 sheet pans (footprint is same as a 9x13 baking dish), and 1/8 sheet pans (great for toaster ovens).

I concur with the comments about the food processor to shred cheese. It's a hassle to do like one block or to shred it as I am making dinner BUT if i get a bunch at once it's not a big deal to shred it and then freeze the extras. Also for the taco seasoning I add a little bit of cornstarch so that it thickens up like the store bought stuff. I always make like 3-4 times the recipe so I don't have to think about it.

Hi Kim, i usually dont comment, but idk if anyone has mentioned it. However, to get rid of the fruit flies, throw boiling water in the sinks, bathtubs, and even the toilets. They get in the pipes and multiply, and not even bleach will do it. The acv will catch them, but they will keep multipling in there.. I had them, and it was a struggle till I did that for a few days.. but yeah, any sink that's nearby where you see them .. I hope it helps. Love yall!!

Hi Kim. I used to make wipes. I know you are busy but they are easy. One Bounty (has to be bounty big roll) cut it in half and remove the cardboard and get a plastic container from dollar tree, add 2-3 tbsp of your favorite baby wash, 1-2 tbsp baby oil and 2 cups of water (I used bottled didn’t want well water smell) add all the liquid. Mix up and put the cut edge down into the container and pull from the middle where you removed the cardboard. Hope this helps. We used them for our bathroom for just had to make sure kids knew to throw in the trash not thw toilet 😂. good luck. love your channel and thank you for sharing your family and lives with us.

Hi Kim… I have a kitchen aide and a cheese shredder attachment also. I just use the bowl to my kitchen aide and set it on the counter in the front below the shredder so the cheese falls right into it, rather than hold the container… might work easier for you🌞Just a suggestion🥰I love watching your videos!

I hope you see this kim! We do homemade cheese its. 250 grams discard 2ish tbsl melted butter, 2 to 3 tbsp. Cheddar cheese powder. Mix and spread on a parchment line baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Bake at 325 until. Dried out through. Score them into squares about 10 minutes into baking. Xanthan gum in baby wipes. Is most likely just to hold the wet mixture together so it doesnr seperate.
