Thank you. I needed that as we're not used to heat in Chicago and 103F is forecast today. Trying to figure out how to avoid using the oven to melt the cheese on a casserole I promised for a "Trailer Trash Potluck.". Too hot to use the BBQ grill outside... No microwave in my small kitchen. It was 67F when I committed to the potluck. Your words are energizing me to adjust my attitude. Thank you!!!!

To keep the bubbles out of the top of the bread or baked good, when using Nordic Ware, tap the pan on the counter a few times--air bubbles will disappear. You should then have a perfect design!! You really will "fall" in love with the pans. The Christmas and winter pans are adorable!!

When you grapes are crisp anymore pop them in the freezer, they make a nice frozen summer treat. Let them thaw for a few mins and they're kinda like a slushie when you chew them. They're so good, got a bunch in my freezer now, I hate soft grapes

In the garlic, I would put portions in sandwich bags get all the air out. Then put all the small bags in a gallon freezer bag. Take out a bag or two of what you need from the freezer and get the air out of the freezer bag again until next time you need a few. It will last longer. Your welcome! ❤️❤️

Thursday mornings with Kim are the best!!! I too love grocery planning, since I am retired I do it sometime for a whole month, love cooking at home more than going out. Wow Wolfgang is so darn adorable and getting so big. Love Publix, yes more expensive, I shop for the bargains there but it is a pleasure to shop there, everyone so nice. oh my. i use to peel skin off grapes and chopped in small pieces for my kids when just having for first time, then as they got older left skin on but cut in tiny pieces , then in quarters then eventually in half. And i did same if they ever had hot dogs. a safe way to serve kids hot dogs also is to slice down middle turn hot dog slice side down to bun so they don’t see it. when a kid bites it it’s already smaller not a whole hunk a chunk of hot dog to avoid choking.same for sausages.
